Job Description
Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor for a Pennsylvania-approved non-profit special education school serving children with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disorders.
Provide leadership and oversight of the SLP department, managing staff, caseloads, and ensuring high-quality communication, AAC, and feeding services.
Develop policies, monitor compliance, and supervise documentation and equipment needs.
Collaborate with school leadership on program development, policies, and multidisciplinary planning.
Perform pre-admission evaluations, manage schedules, and maintain a small caseload.
Require Master’s degree, PA certification, CCC from ASHA, 5+ years clinical and 2+ years supervisory experience, and clinical expertise with complex communication needs.
