Associate Dentist (Fleet part time)

Busy mixed practice seeking Associate Dentist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and promoting oral health education. Always exceeding patients’ expectations.

*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

*Must have*

* GDC registration.
* Not need sponsorship.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care with an emphasis on comfort and trust.
* Invisalign full training would be an advantage.
* NHS performer number.
