We are seeking a skilled Lead Occupational Therapist Band 7 to join our team at a specialist neurological rehabilitation provider in Tonbridge, Kent.

  • Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment progress.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies.
  • Participate in case management and stay updated on best practices.

    • Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and relevant experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
