We are looking for a dedicated Lead Dental Nurse to join a leading orthodontic practice in the North West of England.

Provide high-quality patient care and support orthodontic specialists in treatments.

Conduct surgery inspections, audits for infection control, and monitor team performance.

Manage stock checks, clinical waste, and ensure compliance with CQC and HTM standards.

Lead staff meetings, offer training, and support continuous improvement.

Assist in training trainee nurses and perform clinical duties as per job description.

Requirements include qualified certification, strong patient care and organizational skills, IT proficiency, and effective communication. A radiography certificate is preferred.

This full-time role offers £13.50-£14.50 per hour, with benefits such as company events, pension, and employee discounts. Work is in person, with an expectation of 40 hours weekly.
