We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our Therapy Team, supporting pupils with communication difficulties, autism, developmental delays, trauma, ADHD, and related conditions.

They will deliver high-quality emotional and psychological support, design and evaluate interventions, and promote neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

Key responsibilities include assessment, developing tailored therapy plans, delivering training to staff, and collaborating with education teams to support pupils’ social, emotional, and mental health needs, including EHCP development and reviews.

They will utilize evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, and lead on formulation and therapeutic approaches to foster emotional wellbeing.

Required HCPC registration, UK work authorisation, and experience working with relevant conditions preferred.
