Join us as an MRCVS Veterinarian in Northern Ireland, earning £51,300 + a company car/car allowance and relocation support.

As a Field Veterinary Officer, you’ll lead disease control efforts, support animal welfare, and ensure public safety.

  • Primarily office-based tasks including administration related to animal health and compliance.

  • Conduct farm visits and inspections.

  • Manage disease control programmes for various diseases.

  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare and traceability standards.

  • Certify animals and products for export to support trade.

  • Provide expertise across species such as pigs, sheep, and aquatics.

  • Contribute to policy development in disease surveillance, antimicrobial resistance, and trade.

    Essential requirements include MRCVS qualification or eligibility, 1+ years’ experience with farmed animals or public health, excellent communication skills, and a driving licence.
