This part-time Intake Nurse Practitioner role involves conducting same-day assessments for new clients seeking substance abuse and mental health treatment.

Responsibilities include initial psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and documentation, primarily onsite with some telehealth options.

Candidate must be available weekdays between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM for intake evaluations and collaborate with medical directors for ongoing care.

Ideal candidates have experience with DSM-5, psychotropic medications, and client-centered care, with preferred experience in substance abuse settings.
