Seeking a compassionate Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or licensed therapist for outpatient group and individual therapy at our Cortez location.

Provide clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT).

Support patients through psychoeducation, brief interventions, and care coordination, both in-person and via telehealth.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to developing new programs and services.

Qualifications include Colorado licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, CAS), with preferred CAS certification and experience in SUD treatment.

Must be committed to harm reduction, trauma-informed, patient-centered care, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
