This full-time Physician role involves providing culturally responsive, high-quality Family Medicine care at a community clinic serving Native American populations.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive primary care across all ages, managing prenatal and postpartum care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated, relationship-based, and trauma-informed services.

Qualifications include an MD or DO, Board certification in Family Medicine, and eligibility for Minnesota licensure. Experience in prenatal care within Family Medicine and working with Indigenous communities is preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary ($214,000–$257,000) and requires participation in on-call coverage and occasional Saturday clinics to ensure access and continuity of care.
