Seeking a Family Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, offering full-time or part-time positions with flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099).

The role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, and supporting underserved communities. The physician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, oversee resident physicians and students, and promote preventive care and health education.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating diverse medical conditions, coordinating care, ensuring culturally sensitive practices, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in quality improvement and community outreach.

Qualifications: MD/DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine, board eligibility/certification, active license, and commitment to underserved populations. Preferred experience in community health settings is a plus.
