The OB/GYN role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.

Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care.

Provides diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for female health issues including cancer, hormonal, urinary, and pelvic disorders.

Manages prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, monitoring maternal and fetal health throughout pregnancy.

Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and peer review committees, and coordinates with community providers.

Conducts patient examinations, recommends treatments, and refers to specialists; promotes health education and preventive care.

Ensures compliance with standards, develops health programs, and participates in outreach.

Requires Texas medical license, good organizational and communication skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
