Seeking a fellowship-trained physician in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine to provide outpatient care for a diverse adult patient population with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurologic, and traumatic brain injuries.

Perform consultations and procedures such as injections, RFA, and PRP using ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

See approximately 12-16 patients daily in a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, nights, or on-call.

Full-time and part-time options available, with competitive salary ($400K-$450K) and comprehensive benefits, including PTO, CME reimbursement, 401K, health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance.

Requirements include Washington state licensure and completed fellowship in Pain or Spine Medicine; BC/BE preferred.

Potential for relocation and travel up to 25%; work is in person in the Portland or Vancouver area.
