The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services in line with clinic protocols and policies.

Responsibilities include performing exams, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic conditions, and guiding the care team using a patient-centered model. They deliver care via in-person, telehealth, or phone, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

They lead quality improvement initiatives, oversee clinical compliance, and participate in administrative tasks such as team meetings, patient follow-up, and resource management.

Effective communication, collaboration with staff and external partners, and cost-effective practice management are essential. The role requires licensure, certifications, and fluency in Spanish preferred. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits, based in North Hollywood, CA.
