We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our healthcare team in delivering high-quality primary and urgent care services.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs.
• Administer IVs and injections as required for treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide home care services to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Follow aseptic techniques during procedures to maintain safety.
• Participate in utilization reviews to optimize outcomes and resource use.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing or related field with appropriate certification, strong diagnostic skills, proficiency in IV insertion and injections, and excellent communication abilities.
