We are seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Bakersfield, CA area to join a mobile clinical team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and involves traveling to patients’ homes or care facilities to assess and treat acute and chronic wounds.

  • Perform wound care procedures, including sharp debridement and application of allografts.
  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, order diagnostics, and document encounters using EMR.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and monitor healing progress.
  • Qualifications include CA licensure and certification, 1+ years of wound care experience, sharp debridement skills, and a valid driver’s license.

    • Ideal candidates are autonomous, organized, patient-centered, and comfortable with travel. The role offers a supportive environment, ongoing education, and the opportunity to impact patient care directly. Pay ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually.
