Growing multispecialty practice in the Hudson Valley seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pain management experience or interest.

Provide comprehensive pain assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic pain using multimodal therapies.

Prescribe medications, monitor outcomes, and educate patients on pain management options.

Collaborate with a team of physicians, therapists, and support staff in an outpatient setting.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards, including opioid guidelines.

Qualifications include a valid NP/PA license, DEA registration (or eligibility), strong clinical skills, and excellent communication. Preferred experience in pain management or related fields is advantageous.
