*Role Responsibilities:*
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver bedside wound care, utilize advanced protocols and tech, collaborate with facility teams, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

*Qualifications:*
Active NJ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, CDS and DEA licenses, 2+ years wound care experience, willingness to travel locally, and strong interpersonal skills.
