We are seeking a full-time Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee daily clinic operations, provide direct patient care, and coordinate holistic wound management through team collaboration.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards, managing wound care plans, and participating in quality improvement activities.

The role involves hyperbaric chamber operation, staff development, patient education, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, minimum three years of nursing or wound care experience, and preferred EMR familiarity.
