Seeking an AG-ACNP or ACNP Nurse Practitioner for inpatient critical care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).

  • Provide acute/critical healthcare services, lead the Rapid Response Team (RRT) and Code Team, and respond to patient decompensation.
  • Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans within scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
  • Lead crisis interventions, monitor patient status, and communicate findings.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and adhere to hospital policies.

    • This full-time night shift position offers $110K-$130K/year with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

    Requirements include Tennessee RN and APRN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. In-person role.
