We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

  • Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays; shift details discussed during interview.
  • Responsibilities: Oversee nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, support medication management, address staffing needs, and promote teamwork.
  • Qualifications: Current NM RN license, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills, and experience in long-term care is a plus.
