We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute/chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, and coordinating referrals to specialists.
The role requires proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks, along with experience in documentation, coding, and billing.
Candidates should have experience managing conditions like diabetes and hypertension, and be knowledgeable in medical terminology and patient education.
This full-time position offers a salary range of $101,228.48 – $121,909.58 annually, along with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of nurse practitioner experience and an active APRN license.
