Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing patient care in post-acute facilities with a Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care, communicating with staff and physicians, conducting patient rounds, writing orders, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.

Must possess excellent communication, empathy, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude. Prior experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or hospitalist settings is preferred. Valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are required.
