Seeking a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, unique opportunity earning over $185K+ with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

The role involves providing hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends (shared with other providers), rounding on dialysis patients, and flexible outpatient office hours.

Key duties include obtaining patient histories, performing physical exams, ordering and reviewing diagnostic tests, documenting care accurately, and evaluating patients for dialysis.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in nephrology), an active New York NP license, national certification (ANCC or AANP), DEA eligibility, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with the primary team, providing healthcare education, and being credentialed at the affiliated hospital. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $60-$80, with salary bonuses based on productivity.
