We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.

  • Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.
  • Assist with ADLs such as hygiene, mobility, and catheter care.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Administer medications and treatments following safety and privacy guidelines.
  • Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts safely for patient transfers.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
  • Follow infection control protocols in various care settings.

    • Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare environments, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential. Certifications in BLS or ACLS are preferred.
