Full-time Nurse Practitioner position focused on hospice, palliative, and house call care in Idaho and Oregon.

We are a locally owned, community-centered small business that emphasizes relationships, compassion, and serving vulnerable populations, including the underserved and end-of-life patients.

The NP collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including in-home visits, advanced care planning, symptom management, and continuity of hospice services.

Work is primarily in person in the Treasure Valley area, with a schedule Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
