Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services in Palm Desert, CA.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health assessments.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, reviewing progress, collaborating with families, schools, and community agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position involves individual and family therapy, documentation, staff training, and participation in team meetings.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field, are licensed in California, and are bilingual in Spanish (preferred). Must handle crises, meet deadlines, and have a valid driver’s license for travel within the region.
