Seeking a licensed mental health professional (LPC, LSW, or LCSW) to provide clinical services at a correctional facility in McElhattan, PA.

Conduct clinical assessments, including mental status exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans, with appropriate referrals.

Perform risk assessments for suicide and self-harm, following established protocols.

Serve as a liaison for external mental health services and facilitate inmate placements to forensic hospitals when needed.

Monitor and ensure quality of mental health services in compliance with standards.

Participate in quality assurance, develop educational programs, and prepare performance reports.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000-$75,000, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and holidays. Requirements include valid licensure in PA, a master’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of experience. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
