We seek autonomous therapists interested in full-time or supplemental part-time work, including afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. This W2 position pays bi-weekly regardless of insurance reimbursement.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, implementing treatment plans under supervision, providing individual, couples, and family sessions, documenting progress, participating in case collaboration, and utilizing telehealth technology.

Qualifications:

Licensed mental health professional in NM or current master’s program intern

Experience with evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.

Strong communication, teamwork, confidentiality, and empathy skills

Ability to manage a caseload of 20+ clients

Commitment to professional development
