We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include completing initial psychosocial assessments, providing individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, maintaining proper documentation, and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications require an LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, with preference for independent licensure and 2+ years of experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.
