We are offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for Clinician positions!

The Family Therapist/Clinician II provides assessment and mental health care to youth and families in various settings, leading projects and mentoring staff.

  • Assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate therapy sessions and coordinate with community providers
  • Maintain documentation and act as primary treatment contact
  • Supervise interns and lead clinical projects
  • Ensure compliance with policies and laws
  • Perform community-based family therapy and on-call duties as needed

    • Qualifications: Master’s degree, 3+ years of experience, active NYS license (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), valid driver’s license, and CPR certification within 60 days.

    Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, advocacy, and knowledge of services and legal rights.

    Physical Demands: Variable schedule including evenings/weekends, lifting up to 50 lbs, driving, and physical activity required.

    Salary: $62,500 to $84,500 depending on experience and location.
