We are seeking a licensed Therapist to deliver behavioral health services across PHP, IOP, and OP settings for adult clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders in Lawton and Cache, OK.


  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with ASAM criteria.
  • Maintain clinical documentation per standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in case staffing and discharge planning.
  • Hold an active Oklahoma license (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LADC) and preferably have experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Work flexible daytime/evening hours in a structured, supportive environment with opportunities for supervision and professional growth.

    • **Compensation:** $42,000–$64,000/year; full-time, part-time, or contract roles.
