Join our growing private practice in Rutland, Vermont, providing high-quality mental health and primary care services to a diverse client base. We seek a licensed psychotherapist (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, or LMFT) to deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families.

Provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver goal-oriented care

Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborate with colleagues and community providers

Engage in peer consultation and continuing education

Qualifications include current Vermont licensure, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to ethical, culturally humble practice. Preferred experience in modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, or working with specific populations.
