We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services within a new agency.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, delivering individual, group, and family therapy, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with referral agencies. The role involves documentation adherence to various standards, crisis intervention, staff consultation, and supporting trauma-informed practices.

Requirements: Master’s degree and valid LISW license, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preference for candidates with 8-10 years of experience, especially in adolescent or trauma settings.

Pay ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position is in-person.
