We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, with or without autism.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy using appropriate techniques, monitor progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Educate clients, families, and staff on communication strategies and home programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in meetings and care planning.
  • Ensure adherence to licensure, ASHA standards, and confidentiality regulations.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and strong clinical and communication skills. This full-time or part-time role offers $40-$50/hour, based in a hybrid remote setting in Center Line, MI, with a preferred minimum of one year of experience in speech therapy.
