We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice in a full-time or part-time capacity with benefits.

The role involves providing medical oversight and care to patients in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings, with responsibilities including documentation, participation in quality and peer review programs, and supporting practice operations and strategic plans.

Essential duties include ensuring quality care, maintaining compliant documentation, participating in medical staff activities, fostering collaborative relationships, adhering to safety standards, and possibly engaging in scholarly activities. Travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifications include medical licensure in the state, board eligibility or certification, and experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings preferred. The position offers a base salary starting at $250,000 annually, bonuses, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
