We are seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join our outpatient team in Middletown, NY, offering full-time or part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate plus productivity incentives.

Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.

Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physical therapists and other specialists.

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, participate in team meetings, and promote patient education for optimal recovery.

Qualifications include MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, NY license, and outpatient experience.
