The Speech and Language Pathologist provides assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with severe behavioral and developmental needs within a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, and supporting crisis intervention.

Qualifications required are a master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with children with complex needs. Preferred skills include BCBA, AAC systems, and multicultural experience.

The role offers a competitive salary ($125,000–$145,000), health benefits, paid time off, and a multidisciplinary team setting.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM.
