We are hiring a BC/BE PM&R Physician for a full-time or part-time role with benefits.

  • Provide medical oversight and care across subacute, long-term, assisted, and independent living settings.
  • Ensure timely documentation, participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews.
  • Support practice operations, collaborate with staff and administration, and participate in committees.
  • Maintain compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work independently, make sound judgments, and possibly visit multiple facilities daily.
  • Engage in scholarly activities and participate in ongoing professional development.


  • Qualifications include experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical licensure in the state, and board eligibility/certification.

    Compensation starts at $250,000/year, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and vision/dental coverage.

    This role involves travel between facilities and shares evening, weekend, and holiday call duties.
