The role involves providing outpatient rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions, focusing on restoring function and managing pain non-surgically.

  • Perform functional and impairment evaluations
  • Collaborate with therapy, behavioral health, and occupational medicine teams
  • Track progress and optimize interventions
  • Ensure documentation complies with Workers’ Compensation standards

    • Ideal candidates are board-certified or eligible in PM&R with an active California license, experienced in musculoskeletal and neurorehabilitation, and possess strong communication skills. Workers’ Compensation experience is preferred. The position offers a patient-first environment with predictable schedules, no weekends or on-call, and a salary range of $200,000–$400,000 per year. It can be full-time or part-time, with both in-person and remote work options.
