We are seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician for a full-time or part-time role with benefits, to join a growing physician-owned group.

The practice provides comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted/independent living settings, collaborating with hospital teams and specialists.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, ensuring proper documentation and billing, participating in quality assurance and peer reviews, supporting operational and strategic initiatives, and serving in medical staff duties as needed.

The role requires experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, medical licensure, board certification/eligibility, and the ability to work independently across multiple facilities. Reliable transportation and participation in call duties are necessary.

Compensation starts at $250,000/year plus benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The position offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
