We are seeking a family medicine or internal medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary provider in a well-established practice in Jasper, Texas.

You will be the onsite lead clinician, managing patient assessments with support from organizational resources and decision software.

Engage in shared decision-making through in-person visits and telemedicine platforms, including video and chat.

Develop patient-centered treatment plans with the care team.

Qualifications: MD/DO, certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with outpatient clinical experience. Preferred experience includes high-volume private practice, chronic condition management, and telemedicine. This full-time position involves a flexible, hybrid work environment with competitive salary ($200K-$250K).
