We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine APP to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

  • Conduct physical exams, assess health status, diagnose, and treat various conditions.
  • Deliver preventive services like immunizations, screenings, and health education.
  • Utilize EMR systems (Epic) and ensure accurate documentation, maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as gastroenterology and geriatrics.
  • Engage in telehealth consultations to improve access.
  • Prior experience with pediatrics, behavioral health, outpatient, or home care is advantageous.
