We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in Nursing Facilities across Connecticut, with a full-time role based in New London County.

  • Offer assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management, focusing on geriatric patients.
  • Utilize DEA and controlled substance licenses to prescribe medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver personalized, relationship-based care.

    • Qualifications include an APRN or Physician Assistant degree, valid Connecticut license, DEA certification, and preferred geriatric/psychiatric experience.
