Seeking a full-time Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to evaluate and treat urgent care patients, injured workers, and perform physicals (work, sports, wellness).

Responsibilities include managing minor to serious medical conditions, performing procedures, stabilizing and transferring patients, interpreting diagnostics, documenting encounters, and responding to hospital and emergency codes. Leadership may be required during shifts.

Qualifications:

Current licensure, DEA, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)

At least 2 years of independent primary, urgent, or emergency care experience

Strong diagnostic and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration

Compensation ranges from $93,600 to $140,000/year with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Must be located and able to relocate to Pocatello, ID. In-person work required.
