This role involves managing and coordinating patient care in post-acute facilities, with comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight provided.

  • Deliver exceptional patient care through effective communication and collaboration with staff and physicians.
  • Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and facilitate tests and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance.
  • Work 8-hour shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, totaling 26 weeks off annually.
  • Must have a Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, and relevant experience preferred.
