We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Perform bedside procedures like debridement, dressing changes, and evaluations.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound prevention.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce complications.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation; wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
