Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Rounding Wound Care role.

Manage a full patient load across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and homes.

Provide direct patient care, implement treatment protocols, and ensure accurate documentation.

Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve care quality and meet compliance standards.

Maintain certifications, communicate effectively, and adhere to established protocols.

Travel locally using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Require board certification, wound care experience, and strong communication skills. Certification in wound care preferred or to be obtained within a year.
