Seeking a Pediatric Therapy Clinic Supervisor with 5+ years of experience as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist. This full-time role offers a steady salary of $80,000–$85,000, incentives, and benefits, with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 7:30–6:00, in a single location—no travel required.

As a leader, you’ll supervise a small team (5–10 therapists), provide clinical supervision, support onboarding and mentorship, and maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 15 hours/week. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and help foster a positive clinic culture.
