Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, reviewing and approving treatment plans, providing supervision, training staff, and supporting high-risk youth through risk management and community linkages.

Must facilitate trainings, maintain clinical standards, and ensure proper documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LICSW licensure, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Offers a salary of $80,000/year, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. In-person role based in Andover, MA.
