We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor or Licensed Professional Counselor with a salary range of $65,000-$90,000/year, based on experience.

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate addiction counseling by supervising treatment plans, facilitating group and individual sessions, and monitoring client progress. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitate clinical groups and one-on-one sessions
– Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
– Communicate client progress with the treatment team
– Maintain medical records and evaluate intervention outcomes
– Stay current with behavioral health practices

Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
– Certified Addiction Counselor (Level II required); other licenses preferred
– Experience in inpatient treatment and addiction counseling
– Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
– Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
